I believe the key to a successful treatment is to adapt it to each client’s unique needs, physical characteristics and personality. Whether it is an athlete who approaches me to work with them through a catalogue of hamstring injuries or a non-sporting person who simply wants their stiff shoulders eased after spending too long in front of the computer screen.

Remedial Massage is all about recognising areas that need attention, preventing the onset of injury and accelerating recovery through working with the bodies own healing processes.  I can quickly ascertain the client’s needs through a consultation and postural/body and soft tissue assessment.

I use a wide range of massage techniques including deep soft tissue massage, connective tissue release, trigger point, myofascial release and muscle energy techniques.
